The LeCAF Cloth Shin Guards with instep are approximately 1/2'' thick soft fabric foam made of heavy-duty knitted elastic legging consisting of rayon, nylon, cotton and polyester blends. They pull on and off with ease without slipping or sliding. These cloth shin and instep guard covers the entire kicking area from instep to the top of the shin, providing excellent coverage. Great for injured or sensitive areas.
